Hi, I’m Jem – welcome to Jem’s Bees®.
I’m a beekeeper and a designer, and I advocate for simplicity.
My business has won several awards for the things it's achieved and the methods I use. I often check in on my own understanding of sustainability, and what being and having enough is.
I have an online shop! In it you’ll find some natural, handmade produce and carefully designed items for bee enthusiasts and beekeepers. I create custom honey miniatures for businesses and special occasions, and I sell overwintered nucleus colonies to beekeepers (with prerequisites) via application.
The growing blog library is exactly that... it's growing!

OVERWINTERED NUCS FOR 2026
Jem's Bees® will again be offering a limited number of overwintered National Nucs for 2026 via an application system. Keep an eye on the overwintered nucs page as updates will be posted there.
